Ranitidine Syrup, with a composition of 150 mg of ranitidine per dose, is a medication that belongs to the class of histamine H2 receptor blockers. This medication works by reducing the production of stomach acid, thereby alleviating symptoms associated with excessive acid production in the stomach.

Some healthy tips to prevent acidity from happening:
Avoid excessive intake of carbonated beverages/soft drinks, citrus juices, fried food, caffeinated beverages like tea and coffee.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Avoid eating late at night or before bedtime.
Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever or stomach pain that does not go away.
If you have missed giving any dose of this medicine, then give it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Follow the dosing schedule regularly & take this medicine at regular intervals.
