- Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing.
- Ornidazole is an antibiotic that kills other infectious microrganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.
- Itraconazole is an antifungal drug that acts by stopping the growth of fungi by destroying its cell membrane and thereby treating your skin infection.
- Clobetasol is a steroid, it blocks the production of certain chemical messenger that makes the skin red and itchy and causes inflammation.

Wash the affected area with soap and water and dry well before the application of ointment.
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or open wounds.
If you forget to apply the Portderm OC Ointment, apply it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next application, skip the missed one and resume your regular schedule. Do not apply extra to makeup a missed dose.
It is used to treat mixed infections of the skin caused by bacteria, protozoa, and fungi, along with inflammation and itching.
Use with caution. Due to clobetasol, it may cause skin thinning or irritation in sensitive areas. Consult your doctor before applying to these regions.
Avoid exposure to sunlight or tanning beds as it may increase sensitivity. Do not apply other topical medications on the treated area unless prescribed.
