Aceclonic-SP is a combination medicine containing Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. It relieves muscle, joint, and postoperative pain. It effectively alleviates pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis.
Aceclonic-SP is a triple-action tablet combining Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. It provides fast and effective relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling. Aceclofenac targets pain and inflammation at the source, Paracetamol eases pain and fever, while Serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling and promotes faster recovery. It is ideal for managing joint pain, muscle pain, soft tissue injuries, post-operative discomfort, and other inflammatory conditions.
Aceclonic-SP is used for joint pain, muscle pain, back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative pain, and other inflammatory conditions.
Some common side effects of Aceclonic-SP are Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Indigestion and stomach pain.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aceclonic-SP Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Aceclonic-SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

1) Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach.
2) It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.
3) Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Aceclonic -SP tablet, it may cause excessive drowsiness and increases the risk of liver damage.
If you have missed giving any dose of Aceclonic-SP tablet, then take it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Follow the dosing schedule regularly & take this medicine at regular intervals.

Take one tablet twice daily after food, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
People with allergy to Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, or Serratiopeptidase, active ulcers, bleeding disorders, or severe liver/kidney problems should avoid this medication unless directed by a physician.
