Alphanic is a combination medicine containing alpha ketoanaloue and amino acids combination. It is used in the treatment of vchronic kidney disease. It reduces urea levels in the blood and helps prevent the progresion of kidney disease. This way it delays the risk of undergoing long term dialysis.
Ketoanalogue and Essential Amino Acid Tablets are a scientifically formulated nutritional therapy designed for the dietary management of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), particularly those on a low-protein or very low-protein diet.
Alphanic tablet is used to delay the progression of chronic kidney disease.
Some possible side effects of Alphanic are mild gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, constipation and abdominal bloating.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alphanic Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and do not double it.
