Nicho-Scab lotion is an antiparasitic medication. It is used for the treatment of scabies.
Nicho-Scab lotion is a combination formulation containing Gamma Benzene Hexachloride and Cetirimide. It is used in the treatment of scabies and pediculosis.
Nicho-Scab lotion is used to treat scabies and lice infestations (pediculosis) by killing the parasites and prevents infections in minor skin injuries like cuts, wounds, burns and in promoting healing.
Application site reactions such as mild burning, itching, dryness or rashes.
Nicho-Scab lotion is for external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas of your skin, usually from neck down to toes. Leave it for 8-12 hours or as directed by your physician.

- Cetrimide kills certain bacteria and fungus by damaging its protective covering.
- Gamma benzene hexachloride causes paralysis in parasites (lice and mites) by getting absorbed into them thus kills parasites and its eggs.

Avoid getting it into eyes, nose or mouth. If this happens rinse with water immediately.
If you forget to apply the Nicho-Scab lotion, apply it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next application, skip the missed one and resume your regular schedule. Do not apply extra to makeup a missed dose.
It is used to treat scabies (a contagious skin infestation caused by mites) and lice infestations, and as a topical antiseptic.
Apply a thin layer to the entire affected skin area, usually once daily for 2–3 days. Leave on for 8–12 hours (or as advised), then wash off thoroughly.
Avoid using other topical medications on the same area unless your doctor advises.
Symptoms often improve within a week, but itching may persist for 2–4 weeks. Repeat treatment may be necessary if mites are not fully eradicated.
