Tamsuchol-D is a combination medicine containing tamsulosin 0.4mg and dutasteride 0.5mg. It helps to relieve symptoms such as difficulty urinating or needing to go to the toilet more often. It is not used to prevent prostate cancer.
Tamsuchol-D is a combination medicine containing tamsulosin 0.4mg and dutasteride 0.5mg. It is used in the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It helps relieve urinary symptoms such as difficulty in urination, weak urine flow, and frequent urination in men with an enlarged prostate.
Tamsuchol-D tablet is used for the treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia.
It also helps in improving urine flow.
Tamsuchol-D is generally well tolerated. However, some possible side effects may occur such as - Dizziness, headache, nasal congestion, abnormal ejaculation and fatigue.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tamsuchol-D tablet should be taken with or after food.
Tamsuchol-D tablet is a combination formula containing tamsulosin and dutasteride. Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to pass the urine. However, Dutasteride reduces prostate size by inhibiting hormones responsible for prostate growth. Together, they provide both symptomatic relief and long-term control of prostate gland enlargement.

If you miss a dose of Tamsuchol-D Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

This sudden fall in blood pressure can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, sensation of spinning, and vertigo. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, do not drive or use any machines. It is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
