Terbinafine is an antifungal agent that inhibits the enzyme squalene epoxidase, leading to accumulation of squalene and disruption of ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This results in fungal cell death and thus treats your infection.

Do not skip any dose, complete the full treatment course even if you feel better.
Treatment my be required upto 6 weeks for skin infections and upto 6 months for nail infection.
If in case you miss any dose of Tibinic, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow the regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
