Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) after meals or at bedtime, or as directed by the healthcare professional.

The gel is formulated with Acidity Neutralising Capacity (ANC) to give quick and effective relief from acidity. It helps minimise the symptoms of acidity such as abdominal pain and stomach discomfort. It works by neutralising stomach acid. The gel has antacids like magnesium hydroxide as one of its active ingredients. It dissolves quickly in the stomach and provides quick action. It interacts with the stomach acid to produce magnesium chloride, which is absorbed by the body. Aluminium hydroxide inhibits the activity of the enzyme pepsin and alleviates heartburn.

1) It is better to take it after food or as suggested by the doctor.
2) Some healthy tips to prevent acidity from happening:
- Avoid taking hot tea, coffee, spicy food, and chocolate. Instead, have cold milk and cold coffee as these help neutralize the acid in the stomach.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking.
- Avoid eating late at night or before bedtime.

If you have missed giving any dose of this medicine, then give it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Follow the dosing schedule regularly & take this medicine at regular intervals.
