Dompihim suspension is commonly used for:
1) Preventing or treating nausea and vomiting caused by various conditions.

Dompihim suspension is generally well tolerated by children. However, some possible side effects may occur such as :
Drowsiness, Diarrhea, Dryness in mouth and headache.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed.

1) Always shake well before use.
2) Use the measuring dropper for accurate dosing.
3) Give it to your child before meals unless advised otherwise.
4) Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Give the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
The maximum daily safe dose of Dompihim Suspension is 30mg/day. Giving more than this amount can cause heart-related problems in your child.
Dompihim Suspension is unlikely to cause harm if you give an extra dose by mistake. However, you must still speak to your child’s doctor immediately. Sometimes, excessive intake of dompihim Suspension can cause some serious side effects like irregular heartbeats, heart block, agitation, and confusion. If any of these appear, consult the doctor without any delay.
Store Dompihim Suspension at room temperature, in a dry place, away from direct heat and light. Also, keep all the medicines out of the reach and sight of children to avoid any accidental intake.
