SILOPLEN-D CAPSULE 10S

Siloplen-D capsule is used for the management of:
- Symptoms of benign prostate hyperplasia.
- Difficulty in urination associated with enlarged prostate gland.
- Reduced urinary flow and incomplete bladder emptying.

Some side effects associated with Siloplen-D includes - Decrease libido, Ejaculation disorder, Breast enlargement in male and abdominal pain and headache.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Siloplen-D Capsule should be taken with or after food.

Siloplen-D Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Silodosin and Dutasteride, which relieves the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Silodosin is an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so as to allow easy passage of urine. Dutasteride is a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor which helps in shrinking the prostate gland by decreasing the level of the hormone which helps the prostate gland grow.

1) You have been prescribed Siloplen-D Capsule to relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
2) Take it approximately 30 minutes after the same meal each day.
3) Siloplen-D Capsule may cause dizziness or blurring of vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
4) Do not donate blood for 6 months after taking the last dose of Siloplen-D Capsule.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next dose skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to compensate.
