Tamsuchol 0.4mg is prolonged release tablet formulation containing Tamsulosin 0.4mg. It is an alpha-adrenergic antagonist that is used in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia. It helps to relieve symptoms like difficulty in passing urine. However, it does not decrease the size of prostate gland.

Tamsuchol 0.4mg tablet is used for :
- Management of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia.
- Improving urinary flow.
- Reducing symptoms such as :
Difficulty in urine starting, frequent and urgent urination, incomplete bladder emptying.

Side Effects

Tamsuchol 0.4mg is generally well tolerated. However, some possible side effects may occur such as - Dizziness, headache, nasal congestion, abnormal ejaculation and fatigue.

How to Use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tamsuchol 0.4mg tablet should be taken with or after food.
