Wycolone 4mg tablet is used for ;
1) Treatment of allergic conditions.
2) Treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
3) Treatment of rheumatic disorders.
4) Treatment of eye disorder.

Some common side effects includes increased risk of infection, growth retardation, mood changes, decreased potassium levels in blood.

Take Wycolone 4mg tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.Deflawin Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Wycolone 4mg Tablet is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.

1) Wycolone tablet contains methylprednisolone which can make it harder for you to fight off any infection.It is advised to notify your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as fever or sore throat.
2) Do not stop taking Wycolone tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

If you have missed giving any dose of Wycolone 4mg tablet, then take it as soon as you remember. If it's already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Follow the dosing schedule regularly & take this medicine at regular intervals.
