Xtrafun TDX tablet is a combination medicine containing Tadalafil 50mg and Dapoxetine 30mg. It is a prescription based medicine used to treat the errectile dysfunction in men. The tablet is available in red colored diamond shape.

It combines Tadalafil, which enhances blood flow to support a firm errection, with dapoxetine, which helps delay ejaculation and improve control during sexual activity. Some common side effects include headache, nausea,vomiting, indigestion, flushing, nose bleed and dry mouth.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xtrafun TDX Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Xtrafun TDX Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

1) Take it 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity.
2) Do not take more than once in a day.
3) It may cause a sudden drop in your blood pressure. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
If you miss a dose of Xtrafun TDX Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
