Magnanic is a combination of Cefoperazone 1000mg & Salbactum 500mg. Cefoperazone is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Salbactum is a beta lactamse inhibitor that reduces the bacterial resistance and enhances the cefoperazone activity against bacteria.
Cefoperzone and salbactum is a powerful combination comprising an antibiotic that inhibits cell wall synthesis and salbactum a beta-lactamse inhibitor that increases the efficiency of cefoperzone by reducing the bacterial resistance. This combination targets a variety of bacterial infections including those resistant to other antibiotics, thus making it a treatment of choice.
Magnanic is used in the treatment of wide range of bacterial infections.
Decreased white blood cell count, hematocrit, low blood platelets, coagulation disorder.
Dosage as prescribed by the physician.
Magnanic acts by killing the bacteria responsible for infection. However salbactum inactivates this enzyme thus helps cefoperazone to function optimally.
